Submission Preparation

Abstracts submitted to another conference may be submitted to this meeting.

Making a submission:

  • Click the "My Account" link above and sign in to your Submission Account. If you do not already have a submission account, and are not a member - or you simply wish to use a new account - click the "Register New Account" link and create a new submission account. From your account page you can add presenting authors. For each presenter added you will be able to submit an abstract, a video, or a T-Leon Howard Pyelogram. You can make multiple submissions for a single presenting author, or can submit for multiple presenting authors under a single account.

Important Changes to the submission process, please read carefully!

 

SCS Video Submissions
Abstract submission is not required for video submission. If you would like to submit a video, please review the video submission instructions below.

Video Submission Instructions:

  1. It is recommended that your video not exceed 7 minutes.
  2. You must submit your video details through the submission system; links to which can be found once you are signed into your account and have a presenting author added for that submission.
  3. You must mail 2 copies of your video in DVD format by March 5, 2010.
  4. Each copy of your video must be labeled with your name and the title of the video along with the submission reference number you receive after your submission is completed.
  5. Forward 2 copies, in DVD format, of your video by to SCS/Video Submission, 1100 E. Woodfield Road, Suite 520, Schaumburg, IL 60173. Please note that copies of your video will not be returned.
 

SCS T-Leon Howard Pyelogram Submissions
An Abstract submission or Video submission is not required for a T-Leon Howard Pyelogram submission. If you would like to submit a T-Leon Howard Pyelogram, please review the submission instructions below.

T-Leon Howard Pyelogram Submission Instructions:

  1. A short Description of Case is required and must be submitted through the submission system; links to which can be found once you are signed into your account and have a presenting author added for that submission.
