ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.
Please fax or mail in any cancellation requests. A processing fee of
$100.00
will be charged for all cancellations received
in writing
on or prior to
August 24, 2008
. Thereafter, the registration fees are non-refundable.
The South Central Section of the AUA, Inc. requires payment for registration fees and full payment of optional activities by check or credit card. Payment should be mailed with this registration. We will not take registrations over the phone.
Accommodations will be made on the basis of disability. Please contact the SCS office at (847) 605-0850 to indicate any special needs.
